Inventing Room

The Inventing Room is one of the most important rooms in the Wonka Chocolate Factory.  It is where Willy Wonka keeps his most precocious secrets and where he clams to make his most wondrous candies.

The known candies being invented in this room are the Everlasting Gobstoppers, Hair Toffee, and the Three Course Dinner Gum. The room is a large gigantic laboratory filled with lots and tons of machines that create candy, and contains the machines that created the Three Course Dinner Gum, and Everlasting Gobstoppers.

Trivia[]

  • This is where Violet Beauregarde transformed into a blueberry and was rolled out to go to the juicing room.
  • The only known inventions in the inventing room are Hair Toffee, Everlasting Gobstoppers, and the Three Course Dinner Gum, which are all shown in the 1971 and 2005 films, along with the book. But in the Broadway Musical, they show a lightbulb-like candy that Charlie himself dubs “Liquid Sunshine” along with candies such as Exploding Candy to throw at your enemies, and Fuzzy Lollipops.
